What happens after you book
- Confirmation. You'll get an email confirming the appointment. If we need more details about the property or scope, we'll reply within one business day.
- Day of the test or inspection. We arrive on time with our own single-story ladders and field equipment. For HERS / ECC testing you'll have field results in writing the same day.
- Same-day inspection results. Pass / fail results in your inbox the same business day. Permit packets delivered as a clean PDF when applicable.

A note on privacy
The Bookeo calendar is a third-party service. When you submit a booking, your name, email, phone, and appointment details are sent to Bookeo, which acts as our processor. Bookeo may set its own cookies on your browser. See our privacy policy for details on how ERE handles your information.
